Frequently asked questions (FAQ):

WILL SCOTTSHOTS BE AT MY SPORTING EVENT:  Please contact us with the date and time of your event and we'll make every effort to attend your sporting event.  We shoot in the East Texas area primarily but also make appointments in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and Louisiana.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SITTING FEES:  We never charge a sitting fee and our Wedding prices are the lowest in the area.

WHY ARE THERE NO PRICES ON THE WEBSITE:  Our pricing is based on the event and our arrangement with the Tournament or League so each event is priced differently.  In order to avoid confusion, we do not typically post prices.  We will be glad to e-mail you a price list for your event. 

WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE AVAILABLE IN THE GALLERY:  We work very hard to have your images posted within 48 hours of a sporting event and within 72 hours of a portrait shoot.  However, we do make mistakes.  If you are not finding your images, please contact us.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A COLLAGE:  Simply select the gallery and browse to your images.  Make a note of the image numbers and call or e-mail us.  For Action collages, we need the style you are interested in, the image numbers, the player name, number, nicknames, etc. for use in the artwork.

WHO DOES YOUR ARTWORK:  All of our designs are done in house by Angela Stone who is a Microsoft certified software designer as well as a talented graphic artist.  We do not use "memory-mates" or other pre-packaged designs.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHER'S DO YOU HAVE:  SCOTTSHOTS is owned by Scott Stone who is the primary photographer.  For weddings and large events, we partner with Chris Keating Photography in Carthage, Texas.  We do work with other photographer's in the area so if you need multiple shooters, let us know and we can help you out.

CAN YOU DESIGN A COLLAGE WITH MY PHOTOS:  We can work with your digital or print photos provided they are not copyrighted works.  There are many affordable digital consumer cameras on the market which provide excellent quality photos.  We can use your photos to create custom collages and posters.
